The Ice Queen Costume Dress

The long sleeve bodice is made from a super soft stretch velvet in a cool blue tone, adorned with a silver trim that forms a v shape, the center piece is a contrasting lilac color. White faux fur, for the off shoulder sleeves. Finally, the skirt was created using layers of sparkly tulle in the same matching blue tone as the bodice. The dress also has a soft tulle, sparkly cape.
